Principles for the Admission of International Students
In accordance with the Principles for the Admission of International Students determined by the Council of Higher Education (YÖK), applications from candidates who are currently studying or have graduated from secondary education institutions in Türkiye will not be accepted, regardless of nationality (TRNC citizens, former Turkish citizens holding a Blue Card, dual citizens, or foreign nationals).
The following applicants are exempt from this restriction:

Citizens of Balkan countries,

Students graduating from Embassy Schools,
-
International private educational institutions operating under the MOBİS system,
-
Foreign nationals admitted within projects carried out by the Ministry of National Education (MoNE) and the Council of Higher Education (YÖK),
-
Graduates of Turkish schools operating abroad under the Ministry of National Education, except those located in the TRNC.
2. TUITION FEES

Applicants who are granted admission must pay the tuition fee specified in their acceptance letter. Candidates who fail to pay the tuition fee by the deadline will lose their registration rights.
Tuition fees can be paid by credit card from anywhere in the world.
The tuition fees will be updated according to the 2026–2027 Academic Year Tuition Fee Schedule.

Students who have been placed must pay their tuition fees in order to access their acceptance letters. Candidates who fail to complete the payment by the deadline will forfeit their registration rights.
