Deputy Minister of Youth and Sports, Dr.Enes Eminoğlu, Met with IUAS Students

Dr.Enes Eminoğlu, the Deputy Minister of Youth and Sports, visited Isparta University of Applied Sciences (IUAS). He began his program by visiting Prof. Dr. Yılmaz Çatal, Rector for IUAS, in his office where they shared their arguments each other on the university's ongoing activities.

 

High Interest in the 3rd Informatics, Technology, and Engineering Festival

 

As part of his visit, Eminoğlu attended the "3rd Informatics, Technology, and Engineering Festival" organized by the Faculty of Technology at IUAS. He met with students and academic staff during the event. The Deputy Minister delivered a speech regarding future visions and strategic goals for the youth, as well as the Ministry of Youth and Sports' recent investments. 

 

"The Floor is with the Youth" Talk

 

Following the program, an intimate talk was held, moderated by faculty representatives, where young people could directly share their thoughts. The key highlights of the discussion were:

 

•Student Development: Deputy Minister Eminoğlu emphasized the critical importance of university students improving themselves, especially in the fields of technology and entrepreneurship.

 

•Project Supports: Providing information about recent Ministry investments, Eminoğlu listened to students' individual project and material requests and stated that the necessary support would be provided.

 

•Infrastructure News: He promised support for strengthening the university's music, sports hall, and e-sports infrastructure.

 

•TEKNOFEST (Technology Festival) and ÜNİDES (University Student Societies Cooperation and Support Program): One of the standout parts of the visit was the TEKNOFEST and ÜNİDES projects prepared by student communities. Following the talk, Deputy Minister Eminoğlu visited the stands in the project exhibition area one by one. He chatted with the students who prepared the projects, listened to their ideas, examined their work closely, and congratulated them. Showing great interest in the excitement and projects of the youth, Dr. Enes Eminoğlu expressed his happiness in being together with the scientists and athletes of the future while leaving.
